SOWEC
The Scottish Offshore Wind Energy Council (SOWEC) is a partnership between the Scottish public sector and the offshore wind industry.
The industry is represented at the national level by the Scottish Offshore Wind Energy Council (SOWEC) which brings together all the elements that make up the offshore wind sector.
Representation includes the Scottish Government, Highlands and Islands Enterprise, Scottish Enterprise, South of Scotland Enterprise, sector developers, Skills Development Scotland, the Energy Skills Partnership, the supply chain and industry bodies such as Scottish Renewables, DeepWind and Forth and Tay Offshore.
